The INDUStry Show, a Los Angeles based production, is the longest running talk show featuring journeys of entrepreneurs, executives, and change makers – primarily of South Asian origin. In season 10 now, it has reached more than 30 million eyes and ears across the globe. Entrepreneurship is a lonely journey, even more so for immigrants and women. Through more than 300 stories of adaptability, courage, failure, innovation, resilience, we have shared inspiration, motivation and sense of community.

Our founder and host, Dr. Nitin Bajaj, did his doctoral thesis on South Asian immigrant entrepreneurs. In stark contrast to humble (barely) middle class upbringing in India where entrepreneurship was considered taboo; he was intrigued, shocked, and pleasantly surprised by the success of this community in the US. He started this show to share these amazing stories with the world so we can all learn and grow. He takes no credit for the successes, but takes all the pride. His article on the contributions of the South Asian community in the US was published by Fortune and has received global critical acclaim.
